Simon helped us with the recent sale of our house above the asking price. Although it was our first house sale transaction, the process was smooth and easy since he guided us every step of the way. We are beyond happy with the process and outcome and have to give Simon credit for his professionalism, local knowledge, and negotiation skills. If you are looking to sell or buy a house in the northern NJ area, I would highly recommend Simon for his service.
