Simon recently helped my parents downsize and relocate to Bergen County. He was patient, kind and respectful, the entire process. Every property we visited, he helped my mom evaluate the pros and cons of each, and helped her choose a place that best met her needs. It was a huge help that Simon is truly bilingual in Korean and English. Not only was he able to communicate with my parents in Korean and with me in English, he even translated difficult closing documents into Korean for my dad, who wanted to understand what he was signing. It was laborious for him to do so, but he did it with grace and patience. Closing was kind of a nightmare because of the seller, but Simon worked tirelessly to advocate for us, and got us through it. Post-closing he’s been a valuable community resource for us, providing names of contractors and other professionals we need. He is obviously well connected and well regarded by many, and that now includes us!
