He’d tell us about the material used for a countertop or the layout of the home or how a floor was ever so slightly slanted, and what that meant for us. He always pointed out the good and bad for each home, and was ready with his perspectives on home improvement ideas or quotes so we had a general idea of what we could do and how much it would cost.

He is also well networked and is able to provide great lists of recommendations for related services – inspections, construction, attorney, etc. and they were all great to shop from.

He runs one of the largest practices in the area and yet always showed us every listing himself and was always available to text or call on short notice. He’s very down to earth and we felt comfortable every time.
