Over the last few years, Simon and his team have helped us both buy our condo and rent it out. Most recently, Simon and Sarah worked diligently to find and vet prospective tenants, guiding us through the lease and application process from start to finish. Simon is highly professional, responds quickly to emails, texts, and calls, and is genuinely great to work with. Dependable and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a real estate agent in the Fort Lee area, I highly recommend Simon Kim and REMAX NOW.
