I am so grateful that Simon was able to help me purchase my first home in Northern New Jersey. When we checked out properties during the home search, he gave an honest opinion and recommendations based on my taste. He did not hesitate to let me know if he wouldn’t recommend a listing based on his experience and his understanding of what I was looking for. There was never any pressure from Simon to make an offer on a listing that I was not comfortable with. I had some experience with other agents in the past and really appreciated Simon looking out for me.

Simon also offered a lot of great ideas for potential renovations. It helped me visualize the possibilities that I can do during open houses.

Strongly recommend Simon if you are looking at Northern NJ. You won’t regret it.
