I recently had the opportunity to work with Simon as my (buyer’s) agent, and I must say that his service and professionalism were outstanding throughout the entire home buying process. Simon displayed a solid understanding of the market we’re interested in and provided knowledgeable guidance every step of the way. I appreciated his prompt communication and attention to detail during property showings and his effective negotiation skills. Thanks to him, I was able to successfully purchase a single-family house at a reasonable price within three months. Overall, I would highly recommend Simon as a reliable buyer’s agent.
